Accra City Hotel’s biggest priority is to ensure guest health and safety


Stunning restoration and conversion of a historic building places Accra City Hotel’s guests in the heart of the city and among the first to savour the debut of a new dining experience by award-winning Chef Lucky Alifoe.

 With an attractive and well lighted lobby welcoming guests at its heart, Accra City Hotel is located within the commercial hub in Accra. The first ISO certified Hotel in West Africa offers 196 well-furnished guest rooms ranging from Queen-size rooms to Studio units.

 Since the re-opening of Accra City Hotel on 1st July 2020, the hotel has been adhering to “The Code of Hygiene” every day, a key element being care of guests, partners and employees. 

 This principle also guides the hotel in this difficult period of the coronavirus (COVID-19) worldwide pandemic. Accra City Hotel follows all the recommendations of the Ministry of Health of Ghana and the World Health Organization to prevent the spread of this virus. ACH is monitoring the COVID-19 situation daily and takes the necessary steps to prevent the spread of the virus in the hotel. All employees have received detailed instructions on the characteristics of coronavirus, its symptoms and detection. ACH assures that the safety and health of guests, partners and employees have always been and are at the forefront of their work.

The Lounge Bar located on the ground floor, will continue to move forward the light snack trend, adding modern Ghanaian flavours accompanied with cutting-edge cocktails.
