Ahaspora Professional Network in partnership with Calbank will host Aha Yɛ Dɛ (‘Ghana’ is Good) 3.0, Diaspora Festival Made in Ghana Expo. The third edition of this festival provides a dynamic showcase of cultural fusion, economic empowerment, and community impact, whilst celebrating Ghanaian excellence.

Scheduled to take place on Saturday 30th December 2023 at the CalBank Head Office in Ridge, this event promises a colourful tapestry of traditions, artistry, and flavours—a testament to the vibrant diversity of Ghanaian cultures and innovation.

Over the past three years, Ahaspora has organized Aha Yɛ Dɛ an expo which focuses on creating an enabling environment for local businesses, to showcase their products and/or services, as a way of celebrating Ghanaian excellence whilst supporting small and medium enterprises. The event provides an excellent opportunity for networking, building partnerships and deepening investments in Ghana. This year, the festival proudly presents 58 intentionally selected vendors offering a diverse array of products and services, from women’s clothing, beads, and men’s apparel to kids’ literature and toys, organic and natural skincare products to services including banking, real estate and more.

“We are thrilled to host the Aha Yɛ Dɛ 3.0, where cultural vibrancy meets economic empowerment,” said Christabel Dadzie, Founder of Ahaspora. “Having lived abroad and returned home, I understand and appreciate the importance of cultivating such a festival to provide an opportunity for Diasporan’s and visitors to witness the beauty and innovation of Ghanaians, and to ultimately bridge the gap between home and abroad. It’s an honour to provide a platform that celebrates culture whilst empowering local businesses and creators. Special thanks to CalBank for supporting our vision this year.”

Head Marketing at CalBank Plc, Kofi Siabi remarked, “Being part of Aha Yɛ Dɛ 3.0 fills us with pride at CalBank.
