Golden Bean Hotel is best in customer service

For its outstanding performance in customer service delivery in Ghana’s hospitality industry, the Golden Bean Hotel has been adjudged Best in Customer Service at the National Customers’ Choice Awards Ghana 2023.

The National Customers’ Choice Awards Ghana 2023, which was held last Friday, 13th October, 2023 at the Movenpick Ambassador Hotel Accra, is an event organised by the KN Unique Communications to solely recognise business excellence by conducting a comprehensive, objective and accurate independent market research survey to determine brand reputation, customer satisfaction and business excellence for the quality of their service, value, professionalism and integrity.

The Golden Bean Hotel won the outstanding customer service award (Hospitality category) for investing in quality customer service delivery.

The hotel’s top executives, including Mr. Randy Attuquaye Clottey – the Acting General Manger, Ms. Davida Korsah – Front Office Manager, Maame Ama Asantewaa Adjem – the Sales and Marketing Manager, and Mr. Amankwatia Amoah Bediako – Sales and Marketing Executive, were present at the awards ceremony to receive the award.

Speaking in an interview, Mr. Randy Attuquaye Clottey, the Acting General Manager, said the hotel was elated to receive such an honour after investing so much on quality customer service delivery. “The whole world is in difficult times and as hospitality service providers, we believe that for someone to come and spend his hard-earned currency at your facility, then that person should at least get a good value for his money. That is why at Golden Bean Hotel, we go beyond the client’s expectations to deliver top-notch services to them.”

Mr. Clottey dedicated the award to the entire staff, partners and, especially, its cherished customers for their loyalty and continuous patronage; and assured that the hotel will strive hard to maintain the quality of service for guests to have a pleasurable experience.

Adding her voice, Maame Ama Asantewaa Adjem, the Sales and Marketing Manager, observed that it was no surprise the hotel received such recognition. “At Golden Bean Hotel we stand for excellence. Our clients mean a lot to us and so we go beyond to give them the utmost satisfaction”.
