Ghana’s leading provider of premium pay-tv services, as part of its thirtieth anniversary celebrations, is pleased to announce special rewards for its loyal customers during its Customer Service Week. This annual event is a testament to the company’s commitment to providing exceptional customer service and showing gratitude to its valued subscribers.
The process for selecting these deserving customers – as explained by the Head of Customer Experience and Care, Ivan Sapeh – was they sifted through customers who had not disconnected for a single day in the last seven years, and rewarded ten (10) residential customers with an additional month of their current subscription at no additional cost.
In addition, at MultiChoice Ghana branches countrywide throughout this week, customers while waiting to be attended were refreshed with a cold drink and pastries while they had an opportunity to walk away with some branded merchandise from a lucky dip. Ivan Sapeh expressed his gratitude to customers for their continued custom and expressed MultiChoice Ghana’s commitment to delivering the best local and international family entertainment for customers in Ghana.
Customer Service Week, celebrated globally, is a dedicated time to recognise and appreciate the importance of outstanding customer service. MultiChoice Ghana takes this opportunity to express gratitude to its customers who have continued to support the brand DStv, GOtv and Showmax over the years.
Throughout the Customer Service Month, MultiChoice Ghana will be offering a range of specials for its customers. These include:
- Viewer’s Choice Movie Festival, exclusively on M-Net Movies 4 (DStv channel 108). This isn’t just another movie marathon; it’s the ultimate movie fan moment. Following a passionate campaign where customers voiced their movie choices, DStv is delivering over one hundred movies selected by customers as their all-time favourites on the M-Net Movies 4 channel, expected to resonate with a wide range of viewers.
- Africa Magic Showcase open window: MultiChoice is proud to announce that Africa Magic Showcase will be available to DStv Compact and GOtv Supa Plus customers from 01 October 2023 until 30 November 2023.
