Electroland Ghana Limited (EGL), a leading distributor of top electrical appliance brands, has opened a flagship showroom in Kumasi to commemorate its partnership as sole distributor of TCL brand in the country.
The showroom is located on the Kaase Road, and will serve all electronic shops and individual customers with good quality TCL products ranging from air-conditioners, sound bars, television sets, washing machines, fridges and freezers among other electrical appliances.
The new showroom is part of efforts to make quality electronic appliances accessible for people in the Ashanti Region and beyond.
National Sales Manager at EGL, Vincent Azan-Gbiok, speaking at the inauguration ceremony expressed optimism that the new showroom will offer people variety to choose from, and also meet their needs with competitive pricing.
“TCL is a global brand and they are doing very well in other markets, so we are hoping that it is going to perform well on the Ghanaian market. TCL is a brand that has a lot of quality goods and products. All items come with the same warranty, which is one year. There are parts which are available and prices are very competitive. So, I am hoping Ghanaians will accept TCL into their homes and come visit our showrooms to buy from us,” he said.
EGL’s Ashanti Regional Manager, Hadi Najdi, said TCL is a trusted brand worldwide and that EGL expects to receive positive feedback from the public. He then urged all electrical appliances shops in the region and individuals to visit the showroom for TCL products.
“We are making sure that we are giving good delivery, good brand. We are expecting good feedback because we trust this brand as it has been on the market for a while. The quality is impressive and assured. We hope to have positive feedback,” he said.
Marketing Manager-TCL, Denis Fixon Laryea, elaborated their reasons for the partnership with EGL – describing it as the best distributor in the country.
“TCL partnered with them because we want to reach more people, giving them better viewing experience, better listening experience and better feeling experience. TCL is not here to just make money. We are here to inspire greatness among the youth, and we can do that by bringing EGL,” he said.
