NCP Trading Company Limited, a total real estate company, has introduced a promotion ahead of Christmas festivity to offer the general public opportunity to purchase land at a discounted price with flexible payment arrangements before the end of the year and into the next year.

The campaign which is dubbed ‘Count your blessings’ is based on a concept to afford individuals and institutions the opportunity to be able to count a litigation-free self-owned land to their achievements or as part of their assets before the year ends.

Speaking on the promo, Chief Executive Officer of NCP, Jacob Nii Laryea Conney, indicated that NCP is committed to playing a key role in reducing the ever-increasing housing deficit in the country and as such, has over the past five-year, initiated different promotions to enable every Ghanaian purchase land and build their dream house.

“As the year is coming to an end, NCP wants to ask if you have been able to purchase the land for your dream house as you have planned for throughout the whole year. We know the economy is still on the bouncing back trend from the COVID-19 pandemic, and the Russia-Ukraine war’s global effects, depreciation of the Cedi, and other inflationary issues but take the bold step of the year to buy land now before the year ends at the best rate ever.

At NCP Trading Company, we are giving the general public the opportunity to begin that journey to owning a dream house today by paying just a fraction of the price and getting started with the building project whilst the rest is spread over a two-year period,” he said.

He added that NCP has discounted its lands with some going for as low as GH₵8,000, and beyond that when a client makes a deposit of GH₵1,000, they are given access to the land document, site plan, and indenture, to commence their project with the rest to be paid on installment basis monthly.

These discounted lands for the special ‘count your blessings’ promo are located in fast-developing urban and peri-urban communities such as Adeiso, Teacher Mante, and Maame Dede, all around the Nsawam area.

Others are Obom, Danchira, Hobor, and Ayikai Doblo, all around Amasaman. NCP also has lands located around Kasoa and its environs. Interested persons can reach them on Facebook and the website for more details.

Mr. Conney reiterated that the flexible payment plans have been infused into the campaign to ensure the lower- and middle-class citizens are not left out of these eco-friendly communities, hence they should not regard this promo as something for the rich and upper class but rush for their fair share to count their blessings with gladness.

As a merchant of building materials also, NCP trading company has in stock quality blocks, sand & stones, iron rods, roofing sheets, and other building materials. They also embark on civil works, land surveying services, and documentation, as well as architectural design at affordable prices with special discounts for clients during this promotion period.

According to NCP, as the impact of COVID-19 on businesses is still unflinching, a factor making it difficult for even those who have begun their building projects already to continue, it’s ready and willing to go back to the table with clients to discuss possible ways to assist on projects.
