FBN Bank marks 25th anniversary with golf tournament

FBN Bank has organised a golf tournament as part of its 25th anniversary celebration which aims at bringing together clients and staff of the bank together to make the anniversary a memorable and thoughtful one.

The day also paved way for the launch of the ‘Premium Banking Proposition’ which allows the bank to reward its discerning customers as they continue to do business with them.

The one-day golf tournament which took place at the Bok Nam Kim Golf Club saw about 96 golfers from various clubs in the country participating.

In an interview with the Chief Executive Officer of FBN Bank, Victor Yaw Asante, he said that the event was to help the bank network with clients and golfers as well, adding that positive response has been overwhelming.

The tournament ended with Sarah Jiang emerging the overall winner in the lady’s section with a score of 62 while Vida Anang took up the first runner-up with a score of 64, and the 3rd place went to Daisy Annor Apo who scored 65.

The men’s section was in two categories with Jeffery Mouganie emerged the overall winner with a score of 63 in category A. Eric Ofosu-hene and Tony Mintah followed with 2nd runner-up and 3rd place with 64 and 65 respectively.

The category B also had Stephen Onaivi scoring 59 to become the overall winner followed by Kenneth Adjei, also scoring 61 to be the 2nd runner-up, and 3rd place was booked by Dani Kanaan, also scoring 61.

The Premium Banking member is also assigned a dedicated Relationship Manager to cater to his or her banking needs.
