Quality Life Assurance Company (QLAC), a company owned by the Ghana Catholic Bishop Conference (GCBC), has donated the sum of Fifteen Thousand Ghana Cedis (GH¢15,000) to the GCBC COVID-19 Relief Fund.

The donation is coming in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic and its effect on frontline health workers of the Catholic health facilities throughout the country. The donation is targetted at supporting the secretariat to procure Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for Catholic health facilities, especially to those that transact businesses with QLAC.

It was made on behalf of the Board and Management of QLAC by Thomas Daniel Appiah, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the company, and was supported by George Fiashide, Head of Catholic Market.

The presentation was received by Very Rev. Fr. Lazarus Anondee, Secretary-General of the Ghana Catholic Bishop Conference, on behalf of the conference. He thanked the Board and Management of QLAC for their generous donation and prayed for the success of the business.
