Ghana’s COVID-19 cases go up to 378

The total positive cases of COVID-19 in Ghana has increased by 65 to 378 with six deaths.

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, in his sixth address to the nation on the Coronavirus pandemic in the country, said Ghana is doing moderately well in combating the pandemic but would not relent in its fight.

He thus extended the current partial lockdown of Greater Accra, Kasoa, and Greater Kumasi by one more week and the extension is expected to take effect on Monday, April 13, 2020.

The president also cautioned the citizenry to observe social distancing measures and stay at home during the lockdown.
