Eni Ghana confirms the submission of the Declaration of Commerciality for the Eban-Akoma discoveries.
As operator of the Joint Venture with Vitol Upstream Tano Ltd, Woodfields Upstream Ghana Ltd, and GNPC Explorco, Eni will collaborate with the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC), the Petroleum Commission and the Ministry of Energy and Green Transition to develop a plan of development for the two discoveries.
