The Chartered Institute of Bankers (CIB) Ghana, in partnership with Cardeon Consulting Africa and Adanian Labs, has successfully hosted the AI Readiness for Enterprise Leaders Workshop in Accra, equipping financial and business leaders with the tools and strategies to harness Artificial Intelligence (AI) for enterprise growth, efficiency, and competitiveness.

The two-day program, held on March 26-27, 2025, brought together twenty professionals from diverse industries to explore the practical applications of AI beyond automation.

Participants engaged in interactive workshops, case studies, and hands-on sessions, gaining insights into AI-driven decision-making, business process optimization, and strategic transformation.

AI: A Business Imperative, Not an Option

In today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape, AI adoption is no longer a choice – it is a necessity. Businesses that fail to integrate with AI risk falling behind, while those that embrace AI strategically will gain a competitive advantage.

  • Aligning AI initiatives with core business objectives to drive ROI.
  • Scaling AI solutions through agile, data-first strategies.
  • Ensuring governance & IP protection to safeguard innovation.
