National Investment Bank (NIB) excelled at the 34th Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ghana (CIMG) Annual National Marketing Performance Awards. The bank clinched an impressive four (4) awards, solidifying its position as a leading player in the Ghanaian financial industry.
The prestigious event which was held on September 30 at the Labadi Beach Hotel, Accra, brought together industry leaders, marketing professionals, and business executives to celebrate excellence in marketing and innovation.
NIB’s remarkable performance on the night were in two distinct categories with a perfect score of 5 Star in Service Quality – Consumer Banking; 5 Star for Customer Satisfaction – Consumer Banking; 5 Star in Service Quality – Business Banking and 5 Star for Customer Satisfaction – Business Banking.
