Zeepay, the fastest-growing wholly Ghanaian fintech company, has won three awards at the Ghana Business awards and the GITTA Awards.
Zeepay won Fintech Company of the Year 2021 and its Managing Director, Andrew Takyi-Appiah was awarded Fintech CEO of the Year 2021 at the Ghana Information Technology and Telecom Awards (GITTA) of the year 2021. At the Ghana Business Awards, the company was adjudged as the Fintech Company of the Year.
These three awards are a testament to the growth and impact Zeepay has had on the fintech space in Ghana.
The Ghana Business Awards is a prestigious awards programme that recognises and rewards excellence across all sectors in Ghana. The award is a benchmark of excellence for company performance based on many Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s). The Fintech Company of the Year 2021 Award, therefore, recognizes Zeepay as a company that plays a significant role in the growth and development of the fintech business sector.
Zeepay was also granted two awards at the GITTA awards event held at the Movenpick hotel. Five staff members were in attendance at the Gitta awards ceremony to receive the Fintech Company of the Year 2021 and Fintech CEO of the year award, an achievement Zeepay has been honoured to receive twice in a row following our 2020 sweep of these two awards.
