To this end, the company launched RegencyNem’s i-tranzakt at its corporate head office in Accra last week.
Speaking at the launch, Lawrence Busola Omoya – acting Managing Director of the company – stressed that through this application insurance agents, brokers and retail clients can log-on to get insurance quotes, buy and renew their policies, make payments and report claims through the platform.
Further commenting on the application, he pointed out that clients can also leverage this platform to buy a Motor Insurance Policy from the comfort of their homes.
Pointing out that the short-code for RegencyNem i-tranzakt is *714*47#, he said just dial, purchase the motor insurance and print your motor electronic sticker and certificate to check validity of the policy.
“More importantly, too, this is in line with the company’s determination in this COVID-19 pandemic era for digital transformation of our operations through the use of USSD and mobile apps for efficient service delivery, fast turnaround time and improvement in the overall service experience for customers.”
He also revealed that RegencyNem will soon roll-out more innovations of products in a new application called HelloIX to cater for Travel Insurance, Home Owners Insurance, Group/Personal Accident and Marine Cargo.
