The National Youth Mentorship Summit 2025, a nation-shaping initiative that began on June 21, is set to conclude with a grand finale on July 12 at the University of Ghana Business School, Legon.
The event marks the climax of weeks of impactful mentoring, transformative conversations, and strategic empowerment designed to unlock the potential of Ghana’s emerging leaders and entrepreneurs.
Hosted by Albert Prempeh Kusi, the Founder of the Leadership Empowerment Club (now LEC Group) and Head of Agency Development, Recruitment and Training, this year’s summit has drawn hundreds of passionate youth from across the country. Known for his dynamic leadership and commitment to youth development, Albert Kusi continues to lead a generation into purpose through initiatives like the Success Africa Summit and the National Youth Mentorship Summit.
With strong backing from corporate giants including GlicoLife, MTN, GCB Bank, Bel Aqua, Max TV, and other committed partners, the Summit has gone beyond just a program as it has become a national movement. These partners have played a pivotal role in bridging the gap between youthful energy and real-world opportunity.
As the spotlight turns to the University of Ghana, the stage is set for a powerful celebration of vision, resilience, and potential. The final ceremony will feature inspiring keynote addresses, live testimonials from mentees, a showcase of youth-led business ideas, and recognitions of outstanding contributions to youth empowerment.
Over the past few weeks, participants have journeyed through transformative workshops, strategic mentorship pairings, and skill-building forums. For many, this summit has been more than an event as it has been the catalyst for purpose discovery, entrepreneurial clarity, and leadership activation.
“As we gather at Ghana’s premier university to honor this milestone, the call is going out to corporate institutions, educational leaders, development agencies, faith-based organizations, and the media to support this vision. The mission is clear to raise a generation of bold, ethical, and enterprising young Ghanaians ready to lead Africa into the future,” Mr. Kusi said. The grand finale of the National Youth Mentorship Summit 2025 will not just mark an end as it will be a new beginning for hundreds of young dreamers whose lives have been forever changed.
