Country manager, Intrusion sub-Saharan Africa for Johnson Controls, Mr. Julian Seiderer, served as facilitator for the session, emphasizing immensely on one of their flagship products called the IQ  Panel system which allows users to monitor and control aspects of their home and property like doors, alarm systems, swimming pool, lighting system etc from the convenience of their mobile phones without the need of being in close proximity to their property.

He expressed faith in the Ghanaian market and emphasized the fact that there is the need to have one security system that handles multiple tasks rather than many.

The all-in-one nature of the IQ panel system allows users to conserve energy, determine how long a guest can have access to your property in your absence, and also has a real time troubleshooting feature that communicates problems with technicians ahead of time, hence making sure they arrive on site with solutions. ‘’The system allows for convenience and simplicity of life’’ he added. It is also compatible with both Siri and Alexa. (IOS and Android) The training also included areas like installation, setup and configuration, System Integration, Troubleshooting and Optimization.

ESTI pledged to mentor and guide all participants as they embark on their journey to setup their own businesses in the industry.
