Global sports betting and casino brand Betway has expanded its footprint in Ghana with the launch of a new customer experience centre in Sunyani, part of a broader strategy to enhance service accessibility and strengthen its presence in the country.

The inauguration was attended by former Black Stars captain and Betway brand ambassador Stephen Appiah, officials from the Sunyani Municipal Assembly, local community leaders, and business figures.

The Sunyani Customer Experience Centre offers more than betting services, providing visitors with live sports screenings, special casino nights, gaming sessions, and exclusive in-branch promotions. It also serves as an entry point for new players, offering guided support and personalized betting advice.

“The launch of our Sunyani branch underscores our commitment to ensuring that our customers have convenient access to our services and stay up to date with the latest in sports betting and casino gaming,” said Magnus Rex Danquah II, Country Manager (Operations) at Betway. “This is a crucial step in strengthening our presence in the Bono Region while creating a welcoming and engaging space for our players.”

Appiah emphasised Betway’s broader engagement beyond gaming, highlighting initiatives such as the Betway Talent Search, Community Football, and sports donations. “The Experience Centre promises to bring the brand closer to its customers,” he said.

Betway has been enhancing its services through customer experience centres and online platforms, integrating on-site promotions with digital offerings on www.betway.com.gh.

The Sunyani centre aims to redefine the gaming experience in the Bono Region, providing a space for sports betting, casino gaming, and interactive entertainment in a relaxed environment.
