The event was held at the luxurious Accra Marriot, situated in Airport City in Ghana’s capital, on July 5th.
This prestigious award highlights Yeboah’s stunning leadership qualities and exceptional dedication to providing quality healthcare services. She is also a highly respected advocate for best business practices in the sector.
The Feminine Ghana Achievement Awards, organized by The Business Executive Magazine Limited, seeks to publicly recognize women in Ghana who have achieved outstanding accomplishments across various fields, including entrepreneurship, corporate management, public service, diplomacy, sports, and traditional leadership.
As a result of this accolade, Yeboah has been inducted into the “SHE ACHIEVER” network, a top female executive association in Ghana. This platform, which includes past Feminine Ghana Achievement Awards winners, promotes women empowerment and provides members with a network to seek assistance in various fields without incurring costs. It also amplifies women’s voices on important social matters.
Speaking to the media after receiving the honor, Roni Yeboah expressed profound gratitude to the organizers and her colleagues at Upscale PRO Angels Fertility for their unwavering support. “I am very excited for such a wonderful recognition at this highest level. The cultural differences made it a non-starter 18 years ago when ‘gestational surrogacy’ was unheard of and was introduced in this part of the world by Upscale. Upscale helped make it happen and put smiles on many families. To motherhood,” she said.

Who’s Roni Yeboah?
Roni Yeboah was born in Kumasi, in the Ashanti Region of Ghana, to a building contractor and a strong woman who traded raw materials for shoes. Growing up in a family that valued hard work and determination, Roni developed a strong foundation for her future endeavors. She attended Kumasi Academy High School, where she excelled academically and displayed leadership qualities that would later define her career.
Roni’s educational journey took her to the United States, where she attended Pace University in Pleasantville, New York, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Professional Studies and minoring in Journalism. This education set the stage for a diverse and impactful professional career.
Roni began her professional career in New York City, working for Ghana Airways as an Office Administrator. Her career took a significant leap when she joined the prestigious law firm Debevoise & Plimpton, where she managed over 59 lawyers in a landmark asbestos-related class action lawsuit. Her exceptional coordination and management skills earned her recognition and respect within the firm.
In 2000, Roni returned to Ghana to explore new ventures, including the real estate industry. This move marked a turning point in her career as she identified a critical need for support in the area of infertility and assisted reproduction. Recognizing the challenges faced by many women, Roni dedicated herself to pioneering assisted motherhood and surrogacy in Ghana.
In 2005, Roni founded Upscale PRO Angels Fertility, a pioneering organization dedicated to providing comprehensive services in assisted motherhood and surrogacy. Under her visionary leadership, Upscale has become a beacon of hope for countless families struggling with infertility.
Roni’s expertise and commitment have led her to collaborate with some of the biggest names in the fertility world. Her work has transformed lives and established her as a formidable force in the field of assisted reproduction.
Beyond her professional achievements, Roni is blessed with a supportive husband and four wonderful children. Her family remains a source of inspiration and strength, driving her to make a positive impact in the lives of others.
