2024 Ghana Health Service Excellence Awards officially launched

The Second Edition of the Ghana Health Service Excellence Awards 2024 has officially launched, marking the beginning of the nomination process for outstanding industry players in Ghana.

The chairperson of the committee Mrs. Araba Kudiabor says this year’s awards will cover the performance and achievements of 2023.

“This year, the Service aims to honour an impressive number of individuals and institutions at various service levels across the country. This will include: 2,372 individuals and institutions at the district level, 280 individuals and institutions at the regional level, 25 individuals and institutions at the national level,” she noted.

She emphasised that, this year’s nomination process has been digitalized to streamline and simplify the nomination and evaluation processes.

With the theme “Sustaining Partnership for Effective and Efficient Healthcare Delivery,” the awards aim to recognize those who have made significant contributions to healthcare in Ghana.

This year’s theme highlights the importance of collaboration and partnerships in achieving better healthcare outcomes for the people of Ghana.

The nomination process is now open, giving industry players the opportunity to showcase the achievements and contributions of deserving individuals and organizations in the health sector in Ghana.
