Coconut Grove Beach Resort Awards Employees of the year 2023

There are numerous benefits associated with a well-motivated, remunerated and rewarded work force.

This is the agenda and has remained the focus of the Board of Directors and Management of Coconut Grove Beach Resort in Elmina. This also reflects in the rewards scheme they have running for the last 30 years of their operations as a hotel and it was also evident on the 26 January, 2024, when they held their Annual Staff Dinner and Awards event.
