Faisalia Islamic Arabic School, in the Yendi Municipality of the Northern Region, has received an Ultra-modern Information and Communication Technology (ICT) facility to aid teaching and learning with the ultimate aim of talent development.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Insaan Company Limited, Alhaji Osman Musah, in a bid to ensure that many children in the Yendi Municipality gain access to education, constructed the facility for his former school.

The multipurpose facility which has an ICT centre, a library, a teachers’ staff common room and a headmaster’s office is to improve the infrastructure deficit situation in the school which has been a challenge to effective result-driven teaching and learning.

In an era of technology and digitalization, the investment is expected to provide hands-on practical experience that will drive interest among the children and unearth talents.

The headmaster of the school, Alidu Ahmed Arimiyaw, expressed gratitude to Insaan Company Limited for the new facility which he described as a game-changer for teaching and learning in the school.

He said the provision of the new block would help to motivate students to work harder to achieve excellent results and increase admissions as well as progression to the second cycle level.

On his part, the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of Yendi, Alhaji Ahmed Yussuf Abubakar, thanked Alhaji Musah and his company assuring the municipality’s commitment to ensuring the facility is maintained in good shape for the benefit of generations.
