Absa Bank wins Top Employer for third consecutive year

Absa is proud to announce its continued recognition as a Top Employer by the prestigious Top Employer Institute for the third consecutive year, across five markets – including Ghana, Zambia, Botswana, Kenya, and South Africa. This certification confirms the bank’s commitment to creating an aspirational workplace as well as maintaining exemplary people practices and initiatives that consistently meet and exceed rigorous global benchmarks.

This recognition also highlights Absa’s dedication to providing a human-centered work environment, nurturing talent at all levels, continually optimising the employee experiences, and delivering people practices that set the standard for the industry.

The Top Employer certification covers best practices in six HR domains consisting of 20 topics including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Wellbeing, and more.
