OmniBSIC Bank solidifies ties with B&FT

Ghana’s fastest-growing financial institution, OmniBSIC Bank, has paid a courtesy visit to management of Business & Financial Times (B&FT) to discuss issues of mutual benefit and interest. The visit also seeks to solidify the relationship between the two institutions while exploring new avenues of collaboration for a stronger positioning of the leading brands.

Managing Director-OmniBSIC Bank Mr. Daniel Asiedu remarked that the visit was an opportunity to strengthen bonds between the two institutions, and a way to express gratitude for B&FT’s unwavering support.

He also applauded the Business and Financial Times for keeping pace as the leading provider of business information that is supporting and spurring growth in the business space.

“We are here this morning to appreciate the good work B&FT is doing in the media space as one of the best business papers. Most of us look forward to reading your stories because they are informative, and that is what the business world needs. We want to re-emphasise the partnership, and we look forward to bigger things next year. There is no way as a bank we can do well without support from the media,” he said.

On the other hand, Chief Executive Officer-Business and Financial Times (B&FT) Dr. Godwin Acquaye said his outfit is poised to further extend support to businesses, in line with efforts aimed at contributing to the financial sector’s general growth and development.

He reaffirmed the newspaper’s commitment to unbiased business reporting, while emphasising the media’s role in helping to lift the sector.

“With this partnership, we look forward to enhancing the bank’s brand and also ensuring their client base is heightened to drive their growth strategy. As the leading business paper that is significant within the domestic economy, we are looking at brand-visibility as this is critical for OmniBSIC Bank as an emerging and fast-growing financial institution.

“We also hope that with our products and programmes assisting with, for instance, customer service, research and capacity building, we can position them strategically in the domestic economy to become very competitive,” he added.
