The Audit Service has cautioned the general public to disregard any fake appointment letters they receive as they are currently not undergoing any recruitment process.
In a press statement, they indicated that these fake appointment letters issued out to desperate job seekers are also drafted on a fake Audit Service Board’s Letter Head.
In view of the above, management of the Audit Service has informed all persons interested in joining the service to contact the Human Resource Unit or email the service via [email protected] for further enquiries.
However, they have asked citizens who receive such letters to send it to their Human Resource Unit (Head Office – Ministries, Accra) for authentication as they will liaise with the police to arrest the culprit.
The Service says it would appreciate the cooperation of the general public in assisting them to curb the fraudulent recruitment across the country.
