International Customer Service Week is once again upon us, and on Friday, 6th October, I will be partnering award-winning storyteller, Nii Commey and his latest stage play “The Last Chicken in the Kitchen.”
The Last Chicken in the Kitchen is full of humour and touches on romance, but more importantly, it highlights the importance of good customer service in a dramatic way. The play is set in a cosmopolitan location somewhere in the nation’s capital with a display of profound characters in our society who become real on the stage.
The nation’s kitchen is the one-stop shop for Employers and entrepreneurs who are entreated to show their loyal customers and employees some love by tapping into the marking of Customer Service Week by purchasing tickets.
The customer is the spine of every business. How they are treated is, therefore, very crucial to the success of a business. In this play, the dynamics of customer experience are explored, and how family life, love life, and one’s personal life can come to play in ensuring customer satisfaction.
In my view, you wouldn’t want to miss the curtains being raised on the 6th of October, and miss what is destined to be an awesome experience.
