Innova DDB Ghana, one of the subsidiaries in the Ninani Group of companies, has embarked on an innovative journey of partnering with Westfield Bridge College, a renowned institution committed to providing holistic education.

This strategic partnership aims to enhance the educational experience of Westfield Bridge College students through a series of thought leadership activities that will bridge the gap between academia and industry practice.

The partnership between these two outfits reflects a shared commitment to nurturing students into well-rounded individuals equipped with both academic knowledge and practical insights.

Speaking at the partnership meeting held in Accra, Chief Operating Officer of Innova DDB Ghana, Dr. Kenneth Hammond-Aryee, shared his perspective on the move.

“Our partnership with Westfield Bridge College is a testament to our dedication to nurturing young talents and contributing to the future of our industry. Looking at the many ventures of internship opportunities we provide to those here in Ghana and those coming from abroad, we are excited to share our expertise and insights with these bright minds and inspire them to become thought leaders in their own creativity,” he said.

Through a combination of seminars, workshops, design competitions, creative problem-solving exercises, guest speaking series and interactive discussions, students will have the unique opportunity to engage directly with experts within the field of creative design working with Innova DDB Ghana.

Innova DDB Ghana’s rich expertise and creative prowess will provide students with a glimpse into real-world applications of theoretical knowledge, thereby bridging the gap between their classroom and the job market.

“We are delighted to join forces with Innova DDB Ghana to provide our students with a unique avenue for growth and learning. This partnership aligns perfectly with our mission to mould students to lead with integrity, open minds and to transform Africa and the world,” Mrs Maritha Osekre-Amey, Director of Westfield Bridge College said.

In an ever-evolving world, education has become more than just theories; it’s about nurturing minds, fostering creativity, and preparing students for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.

And this is just what this partnership seeks to do, inspiring the next generation of creative thinkers.
