Arlene Foster to speak at LILA2023 in Accra in November

The Africa Women’s Leadership Academy (TAWLA) has announced that Baroness Arlene Foster, former First Minister of Northern Ireland and member of the UK House of Lords, will deliver the keynote address at the inaugural Ladies in Leadership Awards (LILA2023).

Scheduled for November 16, 2023, at 5pm at the College of Physicians and Surgeons, No. 54, Independence Ave., Ridge Accra, the event is themed ‘Empowering Women, Strengthening Economies’. It promises to be a landmark occasion recognizing and celebrating the outstanding achievements of women across various sectors of the Ghanaian economy. Acknowledging their vital contributions, the ceremony will also feature the presentation of a range of fellowships.

TAWLA, a distinguished center under the prestigious Christian Accra Business School’s umbrella, is committed to empowering African women through leadership and business education.
