The 2023 Sales Success Workshop has been scheduled for Thursday, March 30 at Airport West Hotel in Accra from 9am to 4pm.

The workshop will highlight essential areas that will help bring a facelift to businesses and better position them to excel in a competitive market in this technology-driven world. The session will be useful for all sales representatives, sales managers, marketing executives, account executives and entrepreneurs.

Sales Success Workshop came at a time when there has been significant evidence that high-performing sales organisations invest more in sales development for their representatives than organisations that lag in performance. In effect, businesses with the right mind-set, better skills and practical tools outperform their competitors.

Education in that regard, therefore, plays a huge part in modern-day sales as techniques are always evolving and new competitors are emerging.

The thematic areas to be discussed include:

  • Sales management – Sales management is the process of leading, motivating and influencing people to achieve sales objectives. In this summit, the consultants will share modules that cover how the sales team can adapt to the changing trends, remain dynamic, master territorial sales, and manage account systems of clients.
  • Customer behaviour and profiling – Consumer profiling is about creating value from data to understand everything there is to know about your target consumers and the market that surrounds them. In light of this, consultants in the training workshop will help participants to identify the kind of people who would be drawn to their products and how to target them for maximum sales.
  • Client acquisition – Customer acquisition is how a company turns a potential customer into a new customer. This thematic area to be discussed is very needful for every organisation with the intent of earning maximum results from sales. In this summit, it will be addressed that networking needs to be established with potential customers.
  • Relationship marketing – A good relationship marketing strategy is rooted in building customer loyalty and lasting, long-term engagement with your customer base. In this workshop, the consultants will share successful ways to attain customer retention and satisfaction that will bring long-term value to your organisation.
