GOIL has for the fifth consecutive time sponsored the National Spelling Bee Competition as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility.
The 2023 edition, which marks the 15th year since inception of the contest, was climaxed with a grand finale held in Accra with over 150 participants battling it out for the grand prize.
The emerging winner together with the first and second runners-up were rewarded by GOIL at the competition’s end owing to its sponsorship obligations.
The team received fuel coupons and other GOIL-branded gift items.
GOIL has continually supported initiatives geared toward educational involvement among the youth, and remains committed to enhancing educational development in fulfilment of Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) four embraced by the company.
