Josh Travels marks 10 years of operations

Josh Travels Limited, a leading travel agency in the country, has celebrated its 10th anniversary with a pledge to do more for its clients.

The company was birthed in June 2012 at Dome Pillar 2 in Accra, and has since experienced tremendous growth after relocating to its main office at Asylum Down, Accra.

Its Chief Executive Officer, Frank Annin Bonsu, credited Josh Travels’ growth and success to clients, past and present board members, management and staff.

“As we celebrate the 10th anniversary, I would like to say a big ‘ayekoo’ and congratulations to our trade partners, corporate partners and everyone who contributed to our successes and achievements.

“We feel more responsible to focus on customer satisfaction. We remain committed to providing unparalleled services to our customers and achieving our mission to provide the most convenient and economical travel services in Ghana and beyond. We are more focused than ever to lead in the travel industry,” he said.

In the years ahead, he said, the company’s mission and vision remain to provide the most convenient and economical travel services to Ghanaians and the rest of the world.

He said the company will continue to leverage technology and innovation to meet the ever-changing needs of customers.

As part of the ceremony, awards were presented to deserving companies and individuals. They include the Long-Standing Client award, which went to Abusuapanyin Siisi Crenstil – who got a business-class ticket to London.

The Best-Performing Corporate Client award, which comes with a business class ticket to Dubai, was given to the KGL Group Ghana.

The Best Performing Staff award went to sales-manager Samuel Darko, who was awarded a chest-freezer; while the best performing sub-agent, Jex Travel and Tours Limited, got a table-top fridge.

The year-long celebration’s climax saw in attendance dignitaries from corporate Ghana, airline partners and individuals from across the country.
