Advans Ghana Savings and Loans joins Club 100

Advans Ghana Savings and Loans Limited has been ranked among the top 100 best performing companies in the country.

Advans was ranked 85th in this year’s edition of the Ghana Club 100 by Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC), marking its first appearance in the yearly event held to celebrate the hundred most outstanding companies in the country.

Selected Companies were subjected to a rigorous screening exercise, and ranked based on their size, growth, profitability, and corporate social responsibility.

“As a multiple-awarding winning company and one of the leading savings and loans companies in Ghana, Advans Ghana is delighted to have made the list of Ghana Club 100 at its 19th edition,” the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Olivier Bailly-Béchet, said in a statement.

For his part, Francis Owiredu, the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Advans Ghana who received the award on behalf of the company said:  “We appreciate the recognition for our efforts made over the past 14 years as we continue to drive the financial inclusion agenda and support the growth of MSMEs in Ghana.”

“Advans is driven by innovation and has its customers at the centre of its activities. For this reason, we have embarked on a digitization agenda with the objective of providing a more efficient and effective delivery of our financial solutions, which should increase the satisfaction of our clients and extend our outreach across the length and breadth of Ghana,” Mr. Owiredu added.

Addressing the gathering at the event, Chief Executive Officer of the GIPC, Yoofi Grant applauded the remarkable contributions of private businesses in the country in the face of the prevailing global economic crisis.
