The is an award scheme established to identify, honour and celebrate a cross-section of the nation’s most influential and accomplished young business leaders under the age of forty from a wide range of industries. These are individuals committed to business growth, professional excellence, and community service.

Throughout Felix’s life journey, he has been mentally stimulated to live upright by two very accomplished and distinguished Ghanaians who have had positive influence on his life.

These two are Ing. Lawrence Atsrim, the man who sired him, and the Executive Chairman of the Jospong Group of Companies, Dr. Joseph Siaw Agyepong.

Indeed Ing. Lawrence Atsrim, Felix’s father, inspired him with his professionalism, work ethics, family life as well as spiritual life. On the other hand, Dr. Siaw Agyepong has been a positive influence on Felix’s social and business lives, especially with Dr. Siaw Agyepong’s philanthropic giving as well as his humility.

As a devoted Christian, Ing. Atsrim is the Presiding Elder of Mount Olives Worship Centre in the Odorkor Area of the Church of Pentecost.

Felix has some advice for young Ghanaian entrepreneurs. He urges them to be anxious for nothing, humble in all their dealings and above all demonstrate a strong sense of loyalty. The good news is that FeDems has come to stay and is not stopping at giving cutting edge solutions that confront the nation in the engineering space.
