“Every year we discuss and decide where to send our donation and that it is our corporate responsibility to give back to the society.  We could have been in the same shoes with these special children; we need to show love and put smiles on the face of these special children”, he said.

Upon our visit, we realized that the Twin City Special School needs a parking lot and a walk way and they have been assured that it will be done for them so they can have a safe walk to their classrooms and dormitory.

On Catholic Vocational Special School, he said the team has been with them for a long time and currently, the road leading to the school is under construction.

“We have to put some crushed rock base on it, we intend to finish that to get to the school campus and upgrade the road for them since it is a hilly area and always slippery when it rains. We have also assured them that together with my team, we will upgrade the road to the base level where we have the drainage system working well and then vehicles can drive up to the crest of the road” he added.

“This is going to be done step by step as, this is a few of us coming together to pull our resources together to support since government alone cannot shoulder all the responsibility. We asking all to support these special schools” Mr. Amoh said.

Mrs. Cressential Efua Bilson-Sai, Headmistress of Twin City Special School commended the leader of the September Born Project Justice Amoh and the team for the continued support over the years and the assurance given on the construction of parking lot.

She said although that there is a Disability Fund for the special people but a lot needs to be done.
