Adom City Estate wins Innovative Real Estate Company of the Year Award


Adom City Estate has won the Innovative Real Estate Company of the Year Award at the 2022 National Business Honors held in Accra.

The National Business Honors serves as the country’s flagship awards programme, recognising and rewarding excellence across all sectors.

It honoured Adom City Estate and other companies, as well as individuals for their visionary leadership.

The award scheme is celebrated as the Climax of the Ghana Business Week celebration.

Reacting to the recognition, the real estate firm noted that: “The award as the most Innovative Real Estate Company of the Year could not have come as a surprise because the Adom brand has been so resilient, and became the centre of attraction by virtue of the contemporary touch we give to designing and building of our houses, as well as the quality we deliver taking into cognisance the taste, preferences and affordability of clients and prospective clients”.

Other awards

Adom City Estate, over the years, has been recognised on both national and international platforms.

These awards include Best Developer, Mass Social Housing at the African Property Awards, 2021 – 2022; five times consecutive winner of Residential Developer of the Year at Mass Housing Category from 2015 to 2019; Residential Developer of the Rear – Low Income Housing Category at the 2021 Ghana Business Standards Awards, and also Residential Developer of the Year, Mass Housing Category at 2019 Ghana Business Standards Awards.

It was also adjudged the Real Estate Company of the year at the 2019 CENBA AFRICA Business Excellence Awards; 1st runner-up, Mass Social Housing at Africa Property Investment Summit and Awards in 2017.

…Launches call centre

A subsidiary of Adom Group of Companies, Adom City Estate -a leading real estate developer in the country – has launched a call centre to help better serve its clientele and boost customer information and satisfaction.

The platform will operate from 6am to 10pm; however, it has been programmed with artificial intelligence to handle queries and frequently asked questions between 10pm and 6am.

The centre is not only a call centre, but also a Contact Centre. This is because the platform is accelerated for business growth solutions and customer service. With this system, we do not just rely on only phone calls, but we can communicate using Live Chat, WhatsApp messages, SMS and Skype conferencing.

All this is from a single client portal so there is no switching between apps. You have the options to choose from the web, desktop, and mobile channels, Business Development Manager of Adom Group Of Companies, Daniel Kontie, has said.

Given that the COVID-19 pandemic has led to many changes, especially in the operations of businesses across all industries, Adom City Estate saw the launch of the call centre to be crucial.

“This innovation is timely as the dynamics of business operations have changed in recent times due to the advent of the afore-mentioned pandemic. It is the first of its kind in Ghana and West Africa in the real estate industry,” he said.

Mr. Kontie added that the Adom City Mobile App will soon be available on Google PlayStore and AppleStores.

He said Adom City Estate wishes to contribute toward reducing the over 1.8million estimated housing deficit in the country.

“Be on the watch out for the Adom City Home Completion Policy – this allows the public to hand over their uncompleted building projects to Adom City Estate to be completed for them while they pay back over a period of time by installment to Adom City Estate,” he indicated.
