There are many hats that I wear, I wear the hat of a life coach, I wear the hat of a marketer, but key amongst the hats that I wear is that of a customer service trainer. Many years ago, I used to work for one of the most renowned airlines in the world, and it was during my time there, that I really came to appreciate the importance of what Customer Service can do for a business. Customer Service should be seen as a two-way conversation that provides an opportunity for an organisation to get close to their customers and improve upon the services they provide.
Customer Service is now seen as the new marketing strategy for businesses, it is the lifeline of a business, that is why I have decided to partner, the play titled, “Skirts and Suits” to commemorate International Customer Service week written in Nii Commey’s Handwriting. Playwright, Nii Commey, through his storytelling, uses drama to expose the good, the bad, and the ugly that can occur in the office. Nii Commey’s Handwriting has, over the years, filled seats in theatre with timeless plays such as “Romantic Nonsense”, “My Name is Romance”, and “Where Two or More Women are Gathered.”
“Skirts and Suits” promises, not only to be exciting, but promises to leave an impact with its compelling storyline. The play, which will be a night of experiential corporate stage dramedy, will be showing on October 1, 2022.
This is a night for the family, it will also be a night for service providers, corporate Ghana, and all who are customers in one way or the other. Patrons are being entreated to be expectant of something out of the ordinary.
