ASA Savings and Loans Company Limited (Mamobi branch) under New Town Area has presented items to the Dzorwulu Special School in the Greater Accra Region.

The items include bags of rice, sugar, flour, maize, beans, cooking oil, palm oil, boxes of noodles (Indomie), assorted drinks, water, stationery, toiletries and provisions.

The presentation, according to Mr. Emmanuel Osae Addo-Manager for New Town Area, forms part of the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility in giving back to society.

“The children from Dzorwulu Special School need our love, care and especially our support to develop and grow well in society,” he said.

According to him, the company is committed to helping the poor and needy through its CSR programme across the country – the most recent being a donation to Appiatse explosion victims.

Mr. Moses Affran, Assistant Headmaster of Dzorwulu Special School who received the items, was happy with the support extended to the school by Asa Savings and Loans Limited.

“We are highly elated by this kind gesture exhibited toward the school, and for recognising the school at this time,” he said.

He prayed for the company to grow into unending territories, and urged other institutions to support the school.
