Old Mutual rewards outstanding employees

Old Mutual Ghana has honoured its hard-working employees at the just-ended 2021 Stars of Africa Awards, an annual employee-recognition event held in Accra.

The Stars of Africa Awards Night is an annual celebration organised by Old Mutual Ghana, mainly to honour hard-working employees and celebrate an active and involving year for the company.

A total of 19 employees were recognised and rewarded for their exceptional performance. The event precedes a nomination process whereby employees are encouraged to nominate colleagues for selected categories of the awards scheme. Aside from winners of categories, nominators are also rewarded for their keen observation, team-work and commitment to the nomination processes.

Our purpose is to champion mutually positive futures for our customers and other stakeholders every day.  Employees who embody the values of our business and go above and beyond for our customers and communities are invaluable.   I am proud of the resilience and commitment demonstrated by our employees despite the tough environment presented by COVID-19 challenges,” said Tavona Biza, Group CEO.
