Ghanaian Reggae, dancehall and songwriter-songstress, Ruki, known outside entertainment as Rukayatu Abubakar Jawando unleashed her performance prowess at +233 Bar on a night dubbed, Afro-Reggae Night. Ruki took over the stage on at +233 Jazz and Bar in Accra.
The Afro-Reggae Night had guest appearances on dance floor soaked in tunes. From start to finish, the entire show saw a variety of performances from both the band and music acts. The main highlight of the show that awed fans was when Ruki performed her songs keeping the crowd on their feet dancing.
The Afro – Reggae Night concert had fans thrilled with an excellently organised event with great sound and top-notch security.
Ruki’s latest song is titled ‘Koowa Naso’ which means “Everyone Loves It” the Hausa Dancehall song talks about how everyone enjoys what they do. She also has a song which educates the public on Health and Sanitation issues which she sang in three different Ghanaian languages namely Hausa,Twi and Ga.
