We hereby request all customers or their legal representatives to contact any of the UBA Ghana Business Offices or contact our 24/7 Customer Fulfillment Centre (CFC) on 0302634060 or toll free on 0800833833 within three weeks from the date of this notice to reactivate your account if dormant.
Please note that, all dormant accounts not re-activated by October 21, 2021 will be transferred to the Dormant Account Register held at the Bank of Ghana in accordance with the provisions of the Banks and Specialized Deposit-Taking Institutions Act, 2016 (Act 930).
