Host of Ahotor FM 92.3 morning show dubbed Adekye Mu Nsem, Kofi Citizen has been adjudged the best Morning Show Host in the whole Greater Accra after beating a tough competition from the likes Kwame Sefa Kai of Peace FM, Captain Smart of Angel FM, CJ of Adom.
In what appeared to be the toughest category in the 2021 Foklex Media Awards, the Morning Show Host of the Lashibi based radio Ahotor92.3 emerged victorious after beating his contenders to grab the top award.
Speaking at the ceremony, Kofi Citizen dedicated his award to the CEO of Universal Multimedia Company Ltd. Hon. Samuel Ofosu-Ampofo who doubles as the National Chairman of the NDC for his support and encouragement. He thanked his colleagues at Ahotor92.3 fm for their unflinching support and for making the award possible especially the General Manager of Ahotor fm Daddy Bosco,
Ahotor FM 92.3, the Lashibi based Radio station was handed two nominations in this year’s Foklex Media Award that’s the Best Morning Show Host category and the Best Mid- Morning Show category and managed to win the most crucial spot of all the awards. Kofi Citizen and Akosua Sakyibea of Ahotor Mmere fame were handed nominations in this year’s awards.
