MTN appreciates customers for being loyal

MTN has organized Y’ello Soiree for its customers in the Western Region to interact and appreciate them for being loyal to the company all these years.

MTN Y’ello Soiree, which is to bridge the gap between the executives of the company and its valued customers, has yielded positively since 2015.

However, this event is to strengthen the ties between MTN and its cherished customers, Mr. Simon Amoh, Regional Senior Manager of MTN said this in an interaction with the media during the event in Takoradi.



“MTN is always working to identify avenues that gives us the opportunity to interact with you so as to know how we can serve you better and provide you with a distinct customer experience that gives you value for money” he added.

He explained that “through these interactions with you, we have introduced a new range of innovative products and services tailored to service your requirements and also identified the need to invest in the unserved and underserved communities in order to help bridge the digital divide as well as create opportunities for you our valued customers to be connected to every part of Ghana seamlessly.

He said in view of this, MTN is investing $144 million into improving network quality and expansion nationwide.

In the Western Region, he said the company will deploy mobile network coverage to 28 rural communities by the end of 2018.

“We are optimistic that when this project is completed, the lives of a greater number of people in our country sides would be a whole lot brighter” he said.

Some of the customers present received souvenirs from MTN whilst others won mobile phones to show appreciation to them.
