Ghanaian entrepreneur Naashika Quaye to speak at Transcultural Leadership Summit

Victoria Naashika Quaye, a budding entrepreneur has been nominated as one of the panelist to speak at the high profiled Transcultural Leadership Summit on November 16-17,2017 at Zeppelin University.

The two-day conference is expected to bring together experienced executives as well as young leaders and students from diverse backgrounds.

Ms Quaye who is the CEO of Naaviq Company Limited, will chair a workshop dubbed: “Learning from Start Ups”.



She is proficient on water issues with its attendant problem of scarcity in Africa and has been inspired to invent a method of customized water treatment.

Naaviq Company Limited offers suitable solutions providing quality and affordable water for all purposes, for example within community water projects, the production of mineral water as well as water treatment training.

For her sensational idea she has been asked by the United Nations Youth Ghana to become the Ambassador for clean water and sanitation at UN youth Ghana

Aside Mrs Quaye, renowned educationist Prof.Adei will be also be part of the speakers.Prof. Adei teaches business administration at Ashesi University College in Ghana. Ashesi’s mission is to educate a new generation of ethical and entrepreneurial leaders in Africa by cultivating within her students critical thinking skills, concern for others and the courage it will take to transform a continent.

He will give a keynote talk on how to educate leaders – vividly illustrated by the example of his own university, Ashesi University College in Ghana.
