Nigerian-based Human resource and management company, Whyte Cleon limited has officially launched its operations in Ghana on Tuesday in Accra.
Whyte Cleon is the leading human resource outsourcing and management solutions provider in Africa’s most populous country, Nigeria. The company also provides other services like recruitment, management, creating human resource structures amongst others for its Clients.
Speaking at the launch of the event, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Whyte Cleon, Bismarck Rewane, said the decision to have a subsidiary in Ghana was borne out of the fact it is one of the fastest growing countries in West Africa and provides a conducive economic environment for business organisations to thrive.
Hence, when the company thought of building economic relationship, and expanding its business operations in the sub-region, and contributing to the economic growth of the continent, it decided to have an establishment in the country.
Also speaking at the launch, Managing Director of Whyte Cleon Limited, Nireti Adebayo, said the company has over 10-years experience in understanding and handling people as well as providing employees with the needed skills and training.
“These processes and activities involved can be very tedious for business organisations and hence Whyte Cleon limited is available to lessen that burden by deploying human resource management and outsourcing solutions to help clients achieve their set goals,” she said.
In an interview with the Country Manager for Ghana, Monica Adukpo, on how the company would contribute to youth development, she stated that, Whyte Cleon would provide mentorship and career development programmes to the youth to make them suitable for the job market.
Whyte Cleon started off in Nigeria in the year 2010 and it currently has about 7000 staff and more than thirty clients.
