    Do not spend all

    Whether big or small

    In daytime and in nightfall

In the dark time of sadness

In the great time of gladness

Whether you are up or down

It will come back when it’s grown

Remember to always save with me

    I am your Savings Account

I am always slow but very sure

I grow gradually but will deliver

    Initially I am often forgotten

    Finally I am surely remembered

Put on the cap of foresight

    Wear the clothes of patience

    Fasten your belt of discipline

    Thread the grounds of sacrifice

And you’ll sing the song of victory

    I am your Savings Account

Let your savings be your habit

As you go through this life’s orbit

As free as a bird you’ll have no limit

Your riches will grow like a planted seed

Bringing peace to your mind and soul

Your pocket will smile in time of need

The storms of life you will not feel

I am an oasis in the desert land

I will save you in a time unknown

So remember to bring me my own

    I am your Savings Account
