Baptista S. Gebu on the Giving Capsule: It’s your obligation to put back into the world the equivalent of what you take out

“The meaning of life is to find your gift. The purpose of life is to give it away.” ―Pablo Picasso

Giving must be based purely on faith and not on logic. From all religions of the world i.e. from the religions of the East, to Christianity, Islamic etc…giving is an acceptable principle and proven by science. Energy flows where your attention goes. As a result, you need focus. Powerful as focus is; it yields good result always, main reason we get what we focus on. Hence focus always on what you want and not want you do not want. Reason being that, you get what you focus on.

Our mind is a receiver and transmitter of thoughts and thoughts travel. If you doubt your giving abilities; you cut your own flow. Give base on your own personal determined act of faith and not on a compelling undecided act. Ones you freely give, freely will you receive always creating the right situation and event and attracting the right people your way always.

How you feel when you give is very important. Do you usually feel compel to give? Do you feel very unhappy after what you give?  Do you have a feeling of regret? How you feel when you give is very important.  Most of us give but have “belief-block” which blocks our receiving. When you give freely, happiness and joy becomes your portion which must activate your belief blocks positively and create more repelling effects.  Why give and feel so much pain thereafter?.

Perhaps, it will be great not to give at all. Give to feel joy, give to feel happiness, give to deactivate your belief blocks that someday, somewhere and somehow the universe will grant you joy, fulfillment and happiness through other means unknowingly. And importantly, that you are fulfilling God’s mandate as the poor will always be among us. This definition of the “poor” extends beyond the material poor as we may know to the physiological poor, emotional poor, and intellectual poor…

The conditions of life can never be always right, be agile. Live the moment and practice giving as your creator will do. Don’t wait to get all the funds like a billionaire before one can give freely feeling good about the act of giving. And when you give, do not see it as loaning of funds neither as payment cheque desiring same quantum of work and sacrifice. Give with no strings attached.

It is every man’s obligation to put back into the world at least the equivalent of what he takes out of it.”Albert Einstein

What has God blessed you with in all of your life? Do you think you have tried to put back into the world at least; an equivalence of what God has blessed you with?

It’s a world full of abundance. Give with a heart of gratitude and be amazed at how it works. Don’t take my words for it, why not try it, in order to have a story of your own to share.  You too can activate the giving culture to brighten the corner you live. The rippling effect in the long run, helps to make the world a better place to live in. Giver’s never lack as illustrated in this story. Brenda Jones, a 69-year-old great-grandmother, had spent a long year on the donor list waiting to receive a liver. Then, on July 18, a hospital in North Texas called—they had a viable liver for her.

Meanwhile, 23-year-old Abigail Flores also needed a liver. Her situation was more urgent than Jones’s. Without a transplant, doctors feared Flores had maybe one more day to live. So they asked Jones to give up her spot so that Flores could get the precious organ. Jones agreed. “In my heart, I wouldn’t have been able to live with the liver if I had let this little girl die,” she told WFAA. Jones was placed back at the top of the donor list and got a new liver days later. Give and it will be given unto you. Attempt it. You will love it.
