Rana Motors has launched two sets of models, namely: the Hyundai Mighty EX8 truck and a County New Breeze bus, signifying its commitment to the country’s automobile sector and satisfying the diverse needs of customers.

Speaking at the launch, the Chief Operating Officer of Rana Motors, Kassem Odaymat, underscored the new experience these models offer customers, adding that they are “not just vehicles but solutions designed to drive business forward”.

The Hyundai Mighty EX8 truck is an outstanding combination of modern design, versatility and super engineering with a longer wheelbase and an impressive deck length of 4,850mm, enhancing its load-carrying capabilities.

Additionally, it is a light commercial vehicle that combines reliability, efficiency and practicality – making it ideal for a wide range of business needs.

The Hyundai County New Breeze bus is a face-lift of the renowned County bus that comes in three distinct variants; standard, long and extra-long – each designed to meet the diverse needs of schools, businesses and public sector transport.

Mr. Odaymat highlighted specific improvements to the bus that ensure the safety of passengers and make it the best choice for all long-distance purposes.

“The addition of dual airbags and disc-type front brakes ensures a higher level of safety, while the extra space, intelligent seat layout and improved passenger comfort make it an ideal choice for long-distance travel,” he emphasised.

He noted that these improvements are direct response to the needs of customers who require a dependable and comfortable vehicle for their transport services.

While the truck offers peace of mind to customers in need of a drop-side body, tipper conversion or a container carrier, the County New Breeze bus is suitable for transporting students, employees or the general public.

According to Mr. Odaymat, the launch of the two models coincides with the tenth anniversary of a partnership between Rana Motors and their principals, Hyundai Truck and Bus.

Commenting on the significance of the partnership to the country’s automobile sector, the General Manager of Hyundai Motor Company, Joseph Jeong, said: “It ensures that all Hyundai vehicles in the country will receive top-tier service, parts availability and expert care to maximise productivity for customers”.

He added that they are dedicated to playing a significant role in the country’s infrastructure and transport sectors.
