His expertise extends beyond practical experience as he also made notable contributions to business and leadership landscapes.He holds a degree from University of Ghana and GIMPA in Political Science and MBA Finance respectively.
He has significant experience in Business Development, Strategy and Finance, Deal Origination, Transaction Advisory, Investment Consulting and General administration. His interest in mentoring and coaching young business entrepreneurs through Discovery Business and Entrepreneurship Program saw his nomination for Global Excellence Business Leader Award by the Swiss School of Business and Management, Switzerland.
As an Executive Director and the Lead Coach in Leadership Development and best Business Management practices, he has authored several articles in Leadership, Business Strategies and Organizational Planning under Discovery Leadership Series.
At Discovery Leadership Consulting, Mr Anim brings a robust knowledge in management, finance, leadership to drive the vision of the firm. His distinguished career as a prolific researcher and writer in a wide array of topics around climate change, sustainable leadership and management has seen him joined the global discussion on climate change advocacy and has championed this agenda through its flagship program, Discovery Sustainability Leadership Summit.
