Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City has launched its Be Health initiative, which aims to support Breast Care International Ghana in the fight against breast cancer.

Breast cancer is a significant health concern in Ghana, and Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City, as a socially responsible organization, is committed to making a positive impact in the community. The Be Health initiative was launched on 8 March 2023, with an event that brought together key stakeholders, including representatives from Breast Care International Ghana, members of the press, and hotel guests. The event featured a keynote address, a cake-cutting and photography session, and a networking reception.

Anne-Marie Bettex-Baars, the managing director of Be Health, also joined in the launch of the initiative. Her presence highlighted the importance of partnerships between businesses and non-profit organizations in achieving meaningful change in the fight against breast cancer.

“We are proud to have launched our Be Health initiative and support Breast Care International Ghana in the fight against breast cancer,” said Rozlaine Hakiki, Hotel Manager. “We believe that by working together, we can make a significant impact and help save lives.”

The Be Health initiative is an ongoing effort, and guests are invited to continue supporting the campaign by making donations during their stay. By making a donation, the hotel hopes to make a difference in the fight against breast cancer.
