MTN Ghana holds Glits and Glamour Y’ello Soiree

MTN Ghana 6th Y’ellow Soiree has been held on Friday, 25th November in Accra to celebrate and reward its customers.

The annual celebration is to show appreciation to cherished customers who through their partnership, keep the company in business and also to strengthen customer relationship.

All attendees of the program took home parcels and also 50 random selected people also went home with devices such as iPhone, Samsung, tablets and other MTN souvenirs.



Also, customers who happened to celebrate their birthday on that same day, were given MTN souvenirs and birthday cakes as well.

Mrs. Jemima Kotei Walsh, Chief Customer Relations Officer of MTN Ghana, described the annual MTN Y’ellow Soiree as a flagship event done to celebrate high valued customers.

She expressed how happy it was to celebrate with customers again after 3years break due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

“This is the first after 3years. As you all know, we have been through covid and so we are very happy to reconnect with our valued customers again after 3 long years.

It has been a wonderful evening celebrating and thanking our customers for making us who we are. In MTN, we believe that the customer is at the center of everything we do and so we try to prioritize and always keep the customer focused and is always such a delight to engage and to interact with our high valued customers,” she added.

Chief Executive Officer of MTN Ghana, Selorm Adadevoh, explained that the annual celebration was essential to what MTN does to strengthen customer relations and also show appreciation to their loyalty.

Speaking about the MTN Foundation, he added that it was specifically designed to support individuals and their businesses in the community, where one does not necessarily be customer of MTN.

Mr. Adedavoh, however, emphasized that MTN’s commitment is to deepen digital and financial inclusion as part of its ‘Ambition 2025 Strategic Vision’.

“At the heart, our ambition is driving digital and financial inclusion to enhance the quality of the life of Ghanaians,” he said.

The event ended with 4 individuals, being, three ladies and a gentleman, winning an all-expenses-paid air-tickets to Qartar to watch the ongoing world cup.
