The award ceremony is organised annually by a leading research company in the country, KN Unique Communications in partnership with Zelliate Media and Strategic Accountancy Africa, to solely recognise business excellence.
This was done by conducting a comprehensive and objective accurate independent market research survey to determine brand reputation, customer satisfaction and business excellence for the quality of their service, value, professionalism and integrity.
The NCCAG is a true reflection of the marketplace as it represents the views of customers and buyers across the nation, and recognises the brand that consistently delivers a high level of service to its customers, where Eusbett Hotel stood tall among other facilities countrywide.
